We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements only under specific conditions:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the customer must provide a clear and uninterrupted video of the product being unboxed.
The video must begin before the parcel is opened and continue without cuts until the product is fully visible.
In the event the product is broken, damaged, or incomplete, and this is clearly shown in the unboxing video, we will initiate either a refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Note: We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests if an unboxing video is not provided or if the video is found to be incomplete, unclear, or edited.
2. Exchange Policy
We understand that there may be instances where a customer wishes to exchange a product due to personal preference or change of mind. In such cases, the following terms apply:
Exchanges are allowed, but refunds will not be issued in such cases.
The request for an exchange must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for:
Shipping the product back to our return address.
Any price difference between the original and the new item.
3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:
Used or opened puja samagri (such as agarbatti, mehndi, sindoor, etc.)
Customized or made-to-order items
Fragile products that have been damaged after delivery or without unboxing video proof

5. Return Shipping
If an exchange is approved:
Products must be sent to our return address at the customer’s expense.
Products must be packaged securely to avoid further damage during transit.
